Futurescholé's 'LiveKlass Rocket Launch Program' Surpasses $3 Million in Revenue

Futurescholé, under the leadership of CEO Shin Cheol-heon, has announced a significant milestone for its 'LiveKlass Rocket Launch Program,' which has generated over 3 billion KRW in cumulative sales.

The Rocket Launch Program is a comprehensive, hands-on knowledge business launch initiative designed specifically for aspiring and early-stage creators who possess talents in lecture and content creation but lack experience in product planning and sales. The program supports participants through the entire process from planning to production, launch, and sales, operating on a revenue-sharing model that begins only once actual sales are achieved, allowing creators to start with minimal initial costs.

Participants in the Rocket Launch Program receive tailored support valued at over 10 million KRW, which includes planning profitable paid products, creating detailed free and paid product pages, unlimited feedback, and live sales, along with advertising and marketing consulting. Since its introduction in 2023, the program has focused on generating the first sales of knowledge products, leveraging over 20,000 data points and achieving cumulative sales exceeding 3 billion KRW.

The LiveKlass Rocket Launch Program is structured in five stages: selection of applicants, target analysis and pricing strategy, production and marketing through role assignment, conducting webinars and live sales, and finally, revenue settlement. This structured support has led to numerous success stories of creators establishing successful Direct to Consumer (D2C) channels through the Rocket Launch.

One such success story is 'Beauticha,' an online education platform specializing in beauty technologies such as semi-permanent makeup. By transitioning knowledge products to a D2C channel focused on semi-permanent trends and practical skills, Beauticha has achieved the top spot in the e-book sector and garnered over 6,000 students. In the field of astrology and temperament analysis, 'MyPie' has built a D2C-based knowledge product through the Rocket Launch, accumulating analysis data from over 3,000 individuals, thereby enhancing both expertise and business scalability.

In the real estate investment and auction sector, 'Road Auction' has moved away from traditional offline-centric education to build a D2C channel, operating an independent knowledge business model that combines education and consulting.

The domestic creator economy market is increasingly shifting towards the D2C model. While traditional marketplace-based platforms face challenges such as high commission structures, limited use of customer data, and restricted brand autonomy, the D2C model is rapidly expanding as it allows creators to communicate directly with customers through their own channels, leading product planning, pricing, and marketing strategies. Cases of creators operating independent sites based on D2C models show clear differences in revenue structures and sales figures compared to platform-centric activities.

Futurescholé CEO Shin Cheol-heon stated, “The biggest hurdle in the knowledge startup market is not content, but the sales structure. Rocket Launch is an executable program designed to assist creators in transitioning from relying on platforms to establishing their own D2C channels and revenue structures. We will continue to expand support through Rocket Launch to help creators across various fields grow into independent knowledge businesses.”
